Photograph the unopened bag first, before anything else. The photo needs to show the sealed bag with the shrimp still inside. Once it is opened, we can no longer verify the condition in which the animals arrived. That is the only reason we ask.

Then follow the bag-specific receiving guide. Do not leave survivors waiting in an opened transport bag while we review the claim.
