Live animals only travel when the weather at your end allows it. Rather than burying that in a policy page, here is the actual answer for your address.
How this works
We pull the multi-day forecast for your zip code from the National Weather Service and compare it with our conservative house weather gate. Below 35°F or above 90°F, nothing ships. Those numbers are outdoor-forecast rules, not measured box temperatures or biological survival limits. See the distinction.
We ship Monday to Wednesday only, so a box never sits in a facility over a weekend. The next shipping day is 2026-09-28.
This is a shipping date, not a delivery date. We will not promise you a carrier's performance, because when a promise like that is missed, an animal pays for it.
