The acclimation and transport guidance now presents the four reported target temperatures as an experimental dry-transport comparison, not a home cooling or anaesthesia protocol.
Why it changed
The paper contains conflicting allocation and best-treatment descriptions, no package-temperature trace and no delayed-survival follow-up. Weak response, loss of balance and immobility are experimental endpoints, not normal arrival signs.
