Shipping-package validation protocol
A delivered box is not enough. One versioned bag record must preserve its complete handling, exposure, opening-water and seven-day outcome history before it can inform a house shipping decision.
Protocol ready locally; no successful trial or package limit is claimed. Outdoor forecasts do not measure bag water, immediate survival is not delayed survival and several animals inside one bag are not independent package replicates.
Unit and privacy boundary
One bag is the transport unit because its animals share water, gas, handling and temperature history. A shipment code may group bags without turning them into independent histories. Records use only near, far, transfer, other route classes and exclude recipient names, addresses, contact details, tracking numbers and exact private destinations.

Fixed delayed checkpoints
The original packed cohort remains the denominator at every checkpoint: arrival, hour1, hour24, hour48, day7. Conditional survival among arrival survivors may be calculated separately, but cannot replace the original denominator or be called recovery.

- A reviewed record describes one versioned bag history. It does not establish an optimum, safe species range or universal weather gate.
- Pause after the declared matrix, a material package change or any adverse event and review before another unit is scheduled.

Interpretation
A reviewed unit can describe what happened to one exact bag under its recorded package, density, route and temperature history. Several protocol-compliant units may support a bounded house release decision. They do not establish a biological optimum, a safe species-wide temperature range, an ideal density or a guarantee for another package version.
The canonical evidence gap, minimum answerable design and finite research portfolio retain the current scientific and allocation boundaries.
